THE SITUATION: How do you be a respectful, active, and collaborative brand citizen?
KeyBank asked Fallon to find a way to spread the word about their Community Benefits Plan – a commitment to donate more than $40 billion dollars to things like home ownership, environmental sustainability, diversity, equity, health, food security, and social inclusion. Our clients & internal team wanted to be sure we did it right (and respectfully.) Instead of barging into communities, taking credit for great work, and pretending to be the hero, KeyBank wanted to shine a light on others.

THE APPROACH:
When we work together, more doors open: “Some of the most important work we do happens outside our four walls, in our communities. To make a lasting difference, we engage with community leaders to understand their needs and ideas, develop plans and then take action.” These stories and activations are “community and people first” and highlight the great work our members & partners are doing every day.
